Thierry is a double certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers.

Originally from Brazil, he has been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, travelled to over 50 countries and worked in Hotels, Cruise Ships and Restaurants in different parts of the world.

Food & Wine is his passion and he loves to share it with others.
